Continuous Education & Development Manager

About the role

The Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) Training Command hub is seeking a proactive manager to lead continuous education and development initiatives. You will oversee hub operations, build strategic partnerships, and design innovative learning pathways that support DIS-wide training needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an outreach strategy to maximise learning opportunities and prioritise external partnerships.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external entities, acting as the primary liaison for the service.
• Analyse cross‑domain training requirements and create out‑of‑school training and accreditation pathways.
• Report on external studies, evaluating their strengths, offerings, and relevance to DIS training objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies to drive transformational projects for the hub and DIS training programmes.
• Manage day‑to‑day hub operations and ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in any discipline.
• Prior experience in training, curriculum development, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic information‑technology proficiency; candidates without experience may still apply.
• Appointment and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
