Corporate Finance Off-Cycle Internship (Jan‑Jun 27)

About the role

Join PwC’s Corporate Finance team for a six‑month off‑cycle internship (January to June). You will work alongside experienced deal makers on live M&A transactions, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full deal lifecycle in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members on buy‑side and sell‑side M&A engagements and pitch preparation.
• Prepare, analyse, and interpret historical and projected financial information to support client decision‑making.
• Analyse market and industry data, build detailed financial models (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions) and develop client‑facing pitch books.
• Support the execution of live transactions, including due‑diligence and the preparation of marketing documents.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to deliver quality work that creates real impact for clients.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student (local or overseas) pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong academic record (minimum Second Class Upper Honours or equivalent) with meaningful co‑curricular involvement.
• Genuine passion for corporate finance and investment banking.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretive abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to thrive in a multicultural team and work independently when required.
