Creative Content Production Manager - Fashion

About the role

We are a fast‑growing lifestyle brand at the intersection of fashion, retail and culture, based in Singapore. We are looking for a Creative Content Production Manager to lead end‑to‑end production of campaign shoots, digital assets, pop‑up experiences and collaborative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full production cycles for photoshoots, video content, lookbooks and social‑media assets, managing schedules, casting, locations, crew, permits and travel.
• Oversee post‑production timelines, asset delivery, quality control and usage‑rights compliance.
• Manage the production of pop‑up spaces, in‑store activations and experiential builds, including venue sourcing, supplier coordination and temporary staffing.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with landlords, vendors, event partners and legal stakeholders.
• Own production budgets from planning through reconciliation, track expenses and work with finance on payments.
• Serve as the central production contact across marketing, creative, retail, PR, finance, logistics and legal teams, anticipating risks and maintaining project momentum.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex creative and physical brand productions in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong organisational and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on execution excellence.
