Credit Management Officer – Finance – Singapore

About the role

ATR, a leading regional aircraft manufacturer, is seeking a Credit Management Officer for its Singapore hub. Reporting to the Head of Finance and the Group Credit Manager, you will support the organization by managing credit risk, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring compliance with ATR’s credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Update approved customer credit lines and maintain accounts in SAP.
• Release customer orders based on credit risk assessment and overdue invoice analysis.
• Ensure bank guarantees and letters of credit are renewed on time.
• Track incoming payments, post them to accounts, and apply them to outstanding invoices.
• Produce monthly customer account statements and obtain financial statements for solvency assessment.
• Communicate with customers to secure on‑time payments via email or video calls.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and manage advanced payment arrangements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in credit management or finance, preferably within an international environment.
• Good understanding of financial risk and credit policy compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for credit and account management.
