Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Qnity, a global leader in advanced electronics materials, as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for processing and verifying customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and verify domestic and export purchase orders following defined procedures.
• Handle the full order lifecycle, including entry, delivery instructions, shipment control, and coordination with sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, and external warehouses.
• Monitor open order status, alerting and acting to meet promised delivery dates.
• Provide first‑call resolution for order changes, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong business relationships by delivering professional, high‑quality service.
• Support the SAP Order‑to‑Cash module as the primary contact for order processing.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work independently while providing backup support to teammates.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple priorities.
