Customer Success Engineer – APAC (Remote, Singapore)

About the role

Join Deepgram as a Customer Success Engineer to help build the company’s business in the Asia‑Pacific region. This remote position is based out of Singapore and sits at the intersection of technical expertise, customer outcomes, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to enterprise customers, engaging with developers, engineers, and executives.
• Own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
• Conduct on‑site visits, run live product demos, guide architecture discussions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Identify and scope expansion opportunities, partner with Sales, and lead executive business reviews.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to influence Deepgram’s product roadmap and internal tools.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Customer Success at API‑driven or AI technology companies.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to run demos, guide architecture, and solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Deepgram Speech‑to‑Text and Text‑to‑Speech APIs.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud‑based API integrations.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to drive customer outcomes and improve internal processes.
