Customer Success Manager – Global Data Center Cooling (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead our global Customer Success function for Data Center cooling customers. This fully remote, full‑time position will be based in Singapore and will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations and other cross‑functional teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coordinate a multi‑region Customer Success team, allocating work and monitoring KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve high‑priority issues and manage escalations.
• Develop and improve processes, guiding the team on customer feedback and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Operations, Sourcing and Quality to ensure timely and accurate support.
• Oversee end‑to‑end customer operations including order entry, quotations, pricing updates, shipment follow‑ups and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, complaints and transactions, and supervise SAP, productivity trackers and TAT reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–8 years of Customer Success leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and proven KPI management and team coaching abilities.
• Experience working with Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Quality and Application Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Data Center infrastructure and cooling technologies.
