Demand Planning Staff Analyst

About the role

Join Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as a Demand Planning Staff Analyst and own the end‑to‑end regional demand plan for hardware, consumables and service parts. Working remotely from Singapore, you will translate market insights into actionable forecasts that support revenue, service‑level and inventory goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the regional demand plan for hardware, consumables and service parts.
• Analyze statistical and market forecasts enriched with region‑specific intelligence.
• Partner with sales, marketing and finance stakeholders to align assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Participate in the S&OP process, providing clear visibility of demand drivers and variability.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy (MAPE), bias, service level and inventory health.
• Identify root causes of forecast variation and drive corrective actions.
• Highlight demand risks (tenders, policy shifts, market volatility) and propose mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand planning or supply‑chain forecasting.
• Ability to collaborate across commercial, finance and supply‑chain teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights and drive alignment.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working fully remote.
