Deputy Director, Programme Lead, Global EMBA (China Market)

About the role

This senior leadership position drives the strategic growth and market positioning of a Global Executive MBA programme focused on the China market. You will shape an impactful executive education platform while collaborating with senior business leaders, faculty, and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth of the Global EMBA programme in line with school and university priorities.
• Direct marketing, recruitment, admissions, brand positioning and pipeline performance.
• Oversee programme operations, including classes, global modules, study trips, events, student services and faculty support.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with students, alumni, faculty, corporate clients, industry associations and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, revenue, costs, marketing spend, enrolment performance and operational quality.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, business development and administration.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on recruitment, financial performance, student experience, operational risks and programme improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10‑15 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic leadership, business development, executive programme management, recruitment, admissions and stakeholder engagement.
• Significant experience in executive education, EMBA/MBA programmes, corporate training or professional education.
• Proven track record in marketing, recruitment, admissions, programme operations, business development or corporate client management.
• Experience working with senior executives, faculty, alumni and corporate partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management and financial management capabilities.
