Design Project Manager

About the role

Arcadis Global Group is seeking a Design Project Manager to lead semiconductor base‑build and tool‑install projects. Based in our Singapore office, you will support APAC and global semiconductor programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to mid‑scale semiconductor projects and support larger capital projects.
• Prepare proposals, develop project plans, allocate resources, and create budgets.
• Act as the primary client liaison, building strong relationships and handling day‑to‑day communications.
• Coordinate project execution, including scope definition, scheduling, communication, and deliverable tracking.
• Report project status to internal and external stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and progress in partnership with project controls and accounting teams.
• Support change‑management processes, risk identification, and the development of safety and quality plans.
• Collaborate with design, construction, safety, and quality teams across all project phases.
• Provide guidance to junior staff or project support personnel as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing small to mid‑scale projects in a design‑construction environment.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including design engineers, project engineers, construction managers, and superintendents.
• Strong client‑relationship and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites on an as‑needed basis.
• Based in the APAC region, preferably Singapore.
