Designer / Product Builder (UI/UX & Product Management)

About the role

Novade is looking for a Designer/Product Builder who can take a product from the first user conversation all the way to the final pixel. This hybrid role blends UI/UX design with product discovery and ownership, leveraging AI‑assisted tools to accelerate delivery. You will shape experiences, run research, define requirements and ship polished interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering by interviewing users and stakeholders.
• Translate research insights into clear specifications, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Design mobile and web interfaces using modern tools, including AI‑assisted design platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize scope, validate feasibility and deliver releases.
• Benchmark competitor solutions to keep Novade ahead in the market.
• Gradually assume broader product ownership, influencing roadmap and prioritisation.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with exposure to product management or research activities.
• Strong grasp of UX design principles, methodologies and the ability to write clear product specifications.
• Comfortable conducting user research and synthesising ambiguous input into actionable direction.
• Experience using product analytics (e.g., Amplitude) to validate decisions and measure impact post‑launch.
• Portfolio that showcases both visual quality and the thinking process behind designs.
• Eligibility to work legally in Singapore.
