Desktop Engineer – L2 IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Desktop Engineer to provide Level‑2 support across the organisation in Singapore. The role involves managing hardware and software lifecycles, handling technical refreshes and ensuring a smooth end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2 desktop support for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, printers and VPN connectivity.
• Install, image, upgrade and refresh Windows and macOS systems, including technical patching and OS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 suite applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office apps.
• Manage user onboarding and off‑boarding, device provisioning, asset records and annual inventory checks.
• Create and maintain baseline Windows images and tailor them to business needs.
• Log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication with users.
• Investigate root causes of recurring issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Document standard operating procedures and update technical documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of endpoint support experience, handling Windows and macOS environments.
• ITIL or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
