Digital Marketing & Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to own end‑to‑end growth for a profitable Mandarin‑learning platform with over 50,000 learners. As the first growth hire, you will build the function from scratch, working directly with the founder in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute acquisition strategies across paid, SEO, ASO, referrals and creator/brand partnerships.
• Set up and maintain the measurement stack (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels) to track CAC, LTV, payback and ROAS.
• Negotiate and close creator, podcaster and brand deals, measuring their impact alongside paid media.
• Launch and optimise the referral programme and app‑store growth initiatives.
• Manage the growth budget, ensuring unit economics meet CAC < LTV and acceptable payback periods.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of growth or performance‑marketing experience with real budget ownership.
• Proven track record of scaling channels and delivering measurable CAC, LTV and ROAS improvements.
• Strong business‑development ability to source, pitch and close creator and brand partnerships.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
