Director / Associate Director, Group Rewards

About the role

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute its Group Rewards strategy. The role will oversee performance‑management policies and design compensation programmes that align with the firm’s diverse asset‑management businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and operate an organisation‑wide performance‑management policy, framework and processes.
• Establish consistent Group performance standards and modular criteria for different business units.
• Review and enhance rating methodologies, governance and calibration processes.
• Partner with senior management, HR business partners and business leaders to translate objectives into performance measures.
• Analyse performance outcomes across functions, employee segments and geographies to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute compensation strategies covering base pay, annual incentives, long‑term incentives and equity‑based awards.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking using asset‑management, private‑markets and financial‑services comparators.
• Advise on compensation structures, retention arrangements and incentive‑plan design.
• Develop carried‑interest, employee co‑investment and capital‑raising incentive programmes across fund strategies.
• Perform financial modelling to assess programme costs, affordability and alignment with fund performance.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with extensive experience in performance management and compensation design.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data and financial models.
