Director of APAC

About the role

The Director of APAC will lead the expansion of our FinTech SaaS business across the Asia‑Pacific region. Working remotely, you will be the first on‑the‑ground presence, driving customer acquisition, building partnerships and shaping the go‑to‑market strategy to turn existing momentum into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Close new deals and accelerate revenue growth throughout APAC.
• Serve as the local voice for product and marketing teams, ensuring market‑specific localisation.
• Represent customer needs to guide product development and market positioning.
• Organise and lead regional events, acting as the initial boots‑on‑the‑ground.
• Provide continuous feedback on market trends and product requirements.
• Recruit, build and scale a high‑performing regional team.
• Manage existing pipeline and nurture strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and localising go‑to‑market strategies in new APAC markets.
• Track record of successful market entry and expansion.
• Background in payments, fintech or SaaS industries.
• Experience selling mission‑critical infrastructure or key solutions.
• Product‑oriented, data‑driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
