Domestic Helper Placement Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Domestic Helper Placement Consultant to join our sales team on a full‑time basis. You will be the primary point of contact for families seeking domestic assistance, guiding them from need assessment to successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients and employers.
• Consult with clients to understand household requirements and preferences.
• Source, screen, and match candidates to client needs.
• Present candidate profiles with clear recommendations.
• Negotiate service terms, pricing, and contracts.
• Maintain client and employer records to drive retention and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets linked to incentives and commissions.
• Provide post‑placement follow‑up to ensure lasting placements.
• Collect feedback from clients and candidates to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, recruitment, or domestic services.
• Strong consultative selling ability and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑directed yet collaborative, highly organized with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is a strong advantage.
• Commitment to service quality and successful placements.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
