Duty Manager

About the role

TRIFECTA by The Ride Side is seeking a full‑time Duty Manager to lead on‑site operations at its unique surf, snow and skate destination in Singapore. You will be the single point of command during your shift, ensuring a safe, welcoming and efficient experience for guests across all activity areas.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing venue operations and coordinating cross‑team guest journeys during assigned shifts.
• Lead incident response for guest injuries, equipment faults, evacuations and escalations, documenting each incident promptly.
• Enforce safety and guest‑experience standards, including staff space‑use rules and activity session logging.
• Run opening and closing procedures, produce daily shift reports, and manage scheduling administration such as attendance confirmation and handover notes.
• Support event execution, liaise with internal departments, and provide regular operational reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven operations and supervisory experience in venue or facility management.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities to handle guest feedback and resolve issues.
• Solid safety and risk‑management awareness, with experience in incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
