Early Childhood Educator – Montessori (2027)

About the role

Guidepost Global Education is seeking enthusiastic Infant & Preschool Educators to join its Nest Preschool network for the 2027 school year in Singapore. You will lead a model Montessori classroom, fostering independence and a love of learning in children aged 0‑5.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly Montessori prepared environment following Guidepost standards.
• Supervise children safely, adhering to city‑mandated teacher‑to‑child ratios.
• Deliver sequential Montessori lessons and document each child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Communicate regularly with parents using approved tools, providing formal feedback and progress reports.
• Collaborate with fellow Guides, mentors, and school leadership to resolve student concerns and continuously improve programming.
• Open the classroom for parent tours, observations, and community events.

Required profile

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Relevant experience working with infants and preschool‑aged children.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Montessori principles and classroom management.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document child development.
• Strong communication skills for parent interaction.
