Electrical Engineer

About the role

Arup is seeking an Electrical Engineer to contribute to high‑quality consultancy services across its projects. You will develop technical expertise through modelling, analytical research, and design work while following a structured career development plan.

Key responsibilities

• Take accountability for defined parts of design projects and ensure the accuracy of deliverables.
• Represent the team in internal meetings and may organise small events or internal projects.
• Assist in preparing specifications, proposals, and other documentation under supervision.
• Apply standard engineering methods and techniques to solve problems.
• Produce high‑quality routine letters, reports, standard documentation, and presentations.

Required profile

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering (Data‑center experience preferred).
• 4–7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engineering solutions on projects.
• Strong capability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
