About the role

The Employee Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of competency frameworks and learning pathways across the organisation. Based in Singapore with easy MRT access, the role offers high bonuses and a family‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and collaborate with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across multiple domains.
• Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with adult learning principles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, source external vendors, and act as the primary liaison for business units on training initiatives.
• Organise capability‑building events and continuously review programme effectiveness to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or relevant professional certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing competency‑based learning frameworks within structured HR environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
