Employee Engagement Associate – People Team (Graduate)

About the role

As an Employee Engagement Associate you will help bring Shopee’s culture to life by designing and delivering meaningful experiences for employees across the organisation. Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of company‑wide celebrations, festive events, and recognition programmes.
• Coordinate with regional and local HR teams to ensure consistent rollout of engagement initiatives across multiple markets.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, procurement, logistics, and event operations for smooth delivery.
• Prepare communications and collateral such as announcements, event materials, and promotional content.
• Track participation, gather feedback, and analyse engagement metrics to provide insights for future improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (master’s degree advantageous but not required).
• Relevant internship or full‑time experience.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities, with capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of collaboration with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with design tools (a plus).
