Enrichment Chinese Language Teacher (Preschool to Sec 4)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Enrichment Chinese Language Teacher to deliver engaging Chinese lessons to preschoolers and students up to Secondary 4. The role is based in Tampines/Katong with occasional visits to other branches as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Chinese language enrichment lessons following the centre's curriculum and lesson structure.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents when required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to continuously improve teaching quality and materials.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Chinese Language, Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience in enrichment or school settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with the MOE Chinese language syllabus is an advantage.

Required skills

• Ability to follow provided teaching materials and adapt them to student needs.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
