Enterprise Account Executive – Southeast Asia

About the role

Anthropic is building a go‑to‑market team in Southeast Asia to drive adoption of its safe, frontier AI technology. As an Enterprise Account Executive you will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to launch, and act as a trusted partner for digital‑native companies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close strategic deals with high‑growth startups, unicorns and super‑apps across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Design and execute sales strategies that reflect each country’s market maturity, regulatory environment, language and buying behaviour.
• Build foundational go‑to‑market playbooks, templates and frameworks for the ASEAN team.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product road‑maps, especially around multilingual and localisation needs.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, solutions and regional cloud/channel partners to differentiate Anthropic’s offering.
• Provide market insights on ASEAN’s digital‑native landscape to global leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies with digital‑native businesses in Southeast Asia.
• Deep knowledge of the ASEAN startup and scale‑up ecosystem and leading digital‑native companies.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and close strategic deals.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
