Entry-Level Fashion Designer – Sportswear

About the role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Fashion Designer to join our apparel team. The role focuses on designing performance wear, activewear, and knit‑based garments, collaborating closely with product development and production teams to bring concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design activewear and performance apparel from concept to final sample.
• Develop sketches, tech packs, and detailed garment specifications.
• Research trends, fabrics, trims, and industry innovations.
• Work with internal teams on fitting, pattern adjustments, and technical refinements.
• Ensure designs meet production feasibility, costing requirements, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and factories on fabric selection and prototype development.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
• On‑the‑job training will be provided; prior experience in sportswear/activewear/knitwear is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and technical details.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time position.
• Monthly salary SGD 3,000–3,500.
• Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm office schedule.
