Executive Event Producer

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Event Producer to join a fast‑growing global event agency in Singapore. You will work on multiple high‑profile B2B and consumer events, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless experiences for top brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage event requirements, timelines and deliverables across all departments.
• Coordinate venue logistics, production schedules and on‑site execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact during events, ensuring expectations are met.
• Lead high‑touch, multi‑region events as the Lead Event Manager, overseeing cross‑border support.
• Manage a small project‑management team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on event production experience with global brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable and capable of solving problems under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
