Executive Support Assistant

About the role

The Executive Support Assistant provides personal, household, administrative and operational support to the Principal, primarily from Singapore. The role involves managing executive and family matters, coordinating travel, and overseeing household arrangements, with quarterly trips to Australia for on‑site coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle personal errands, appointments, purchases, deliveries and daily arrangements.
• Coordinate household services, repairs, maintenance, cleaning and liaise with contractors, vendors, drivers, the Housekeeper and Home Assistant.
• Monitor household priorities, ensure completion of duties, and manage bills, payments and documentation.
• Arrange travel itineraries, flights, accommodation, airport transfers and support last‑minute changes.
• Travel to Australia (~4 weeks per quarter) to coordinate children’s schedules, transportation, meals and provide supervision as needed.
• Oversee household supplies, groceries and family logistics, stepping in for practical assistance only when required.

• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to coordinate multiple service providers.
