Facilities Management Manager (Land Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Management Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing operation of integrated community development projects. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, sustainability and full regulatory compliance of all facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all project stages from feasibility and design to contract administration, including life‑cycle costing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities to meet operational, user and Green Mark requirements.
• Develop, manage and report maintenance and cyclical replacement budgets, track expenses and forecast future costs.
• Create and monitor maintenance contracts, KPIs and service‑improvement strategies.
• Lead maintenance programmes, manage vendors and drive energy‑efficient, green initiatives.
• Supervise vendors and contractors, reviewing performance on completed integrated community developments and other state properties.
• Ensure proper hand‑over and take‑over of facilities and premises.

Required profile

• Background in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or related roles within retail, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Experience with integrated community development facilities is a plus.
