Facilities Technician – Contract (SGD 2,500-3,500/month)

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Technician on a contract basis to provide technical support for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building facilities and equipment at our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical, welding, painting, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Calculate electrical loads and review plans to create material lists and cost estimates.
• Install electrical panels and associated circuits, and bend/support EMT conduit.
• Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine required maintenance work.
• Follow preventive‑maintenance procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with installation, relocation and re‑installation of new or existing equipment.
• Maintain support equipment such as air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC and DI water systems.
• Adhere to all safety, health and security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities or electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of single‑phase and three‑phase circuits up to 480 V.
• Ability to use test meters for live‑circuit testing.
• Familiarity with tools and materials of the trade.
