Facility Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join Lineage, the world’s largest temperature‑controlled industrial REIT, as a Facility Maintenance Technician. You will be part of a dedicated maintenance team responsible for keeping our cold‑storage facilities safe, functional, and efficient across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Identify, diagnose, and promptly rectify defects to minimise downtime.
• Oversee and coordinate contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in facility or industrial maintenance, preferably in a logistics or cold‑storage environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures and regulations.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
