F&B Service Attendant – Miracle Coffee

About the role

Join the vibrant Miracle Coffee team at Marina Bay Sands and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to a diverse guest base. You will work alongside seasoned hospitality professionals in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist teammates in restaurant set‑up, ensuring all utensils, amenities and supplies are stocked and inspected before service.
• Respond to guest requests, suggest menu items, and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle telephone and email reservation enquiries for the restaurant.
• Perform general administrative duties related to restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education with O‑Level passes; a diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in guest service or a similar hospitality role.
• Food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
