About the role

The Field Coach in Singapore partners with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach staff, ensuring the Tiffany client experience is delivered consistently. This role blends the planning of training sessions with high‑impact coaching to drive commercial results and develop brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Coach retail teams on client‑experience standards, monitoring daily interactions and providing feedback against Tiffany knowledge, selling skills and attitude benchmarks.
• Partner with store leaders to identify performance gaps using sales dashboards and NPS, creating and tracking coaching plans.
• Maintain coaching logs, update training records in the Tiffany Oracle Learning Management System, and ensure brand behaviours such as grooming and store presentation are upheld.
• Support leadership development by observing and giving feedback on daily rituals, 1‑to‑1 conversations and floor presence.
• Design, schedule and deliver motivational learning moments, regional training sessions, peer‑mentorship programs and onboarding experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail coaching or training, preferably within luxury or high‑end retail environments.
• Strong ability to partner with store leadership and influence performance through constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Self‑starter who leads by example and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
