Finance Business Partner (FP&A | Fintech & Payments)

About the role

A fast‑growing global fintech platform is seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to strengthen its commercial finance and FP&A capabilities. The role works closely with sales and business leaders, using financial and operational data to drive performance insights and support commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis across the business.
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to analyse revenue, pricing, profitability and customer trends.
• Analyse product, market and payment‑corridor performance to identify growth drivers and shortfalls.
• Develop and track financial and operational KPIs, presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Work with large datasets to build and improve dashboards and management reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Lead a small finance team (2‑3 people) and collaborate with the shared‑services operation in India, including quarterly travel.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline with a professional qualification (CA, CPA or ACCA).
• Big 4 audit training followed by relevant commercial finance experience, preferably in fintech, payments or banking.
• Strong hands‑on experience in FP&A, financial analysis and business partnering.
• Ability to independently own financial performance, challenge the business and present findings clearly.
• Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.
