Finance Controller

About the role

The Finance Controller will support SJE Management Pte Ltd in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. This role works closely with internal teams, tax agents, and external service providers to meet statutory and internal deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Review operational data and generate reports.
• Process payment lists and expense records using Excel templates.
• Upload and maintain records in the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations for expense and cash balances.
• Produce expense, variance, cash‑flow, and weekly cash reports.
• Prepare financial statements, GST assessments, and statutory reports.
• Assist with annual budget forecasts and periodic updates.
• Collaborate with other departments and respond to information requests.
• Support internal control processes and liaise with tax agents and external providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional liaison.
• Experience in accounting for investments or fund management is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems.
