Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and operational finance activities. The role supports sustainable business growth and provides data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, profitability and working‑capital performance.
• Develop financial models, investment analyses and business cases.
• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations and general accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance and risk‑management frameworks.
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate regulatory reporting.
• Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
• Drive ERP optimization, automation and continuous process‑improvement initiatives.
• Mentor finance team members and promote best practices.
