Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to own both day‑to‑day finance operations and the full FP&A cycle for a fast‑growing marketing‑technology business. You will combine rigorous month‑end close, cash management and compliance work with forward‑looking budgeting, forecasting and strategic business partnering, while driving finance modernization through AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee cash flow monitoring, working‑capital management and statutory filing compliance.
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and monthly management reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial teams to model revenue scenarios, support pricing decisions and build financial models in Excel.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation (e.g., Claude) to accelerate reporting and reduce manual reconciliation.
• Maintain internal controls, coordinate with external auditors and tax agents, and mentor regional finance staff.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience covering both operations (close, AP/AR, compliance) and FP&A.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA) a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into clear business narratives.
• Experience in a marketing‑technology, media or digital platform environment preferred.
• Singapore work authorization (Citizen or PR) required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced financial modeling, pivot tables and VBA.
• AI tools for finance such as Claude and ChatGPT.
