Finance & Treasury Manager – Single Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Treasury Manager to join a newly established Single Family Office in Singapore as a founding team member. You will own the full finance and operations function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust treasury management, and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare full‑scope financial statements, bookkeeping entries, and coordinate audits for the family office and its related entities.
• Administer portfolio activities including capital calls, AUM reconciliation, subscription documentation, KYC, FATCA/CRS filings, and preparation of K‑1 packs.
• Manage banking and treasury operations across multiple currencies and custodial relationships.
• Oversee internal finance functions such as payroll, CPF contributions, vendor management, and budgeting.
• Ensure Singapore regulatory compliance, including AML/CFT measures, ACRA filings, and insurance renewals.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification (partial or full) is welcomed.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, fund administration, operations, or audit, preferably within a family office, fund manager, private bank, or financial services audit firm.
• Familiarity with Singapore tax and regulatory basics; exposure to FATCA/CRS is a plus.
• Demonstrated reliability, meticulousness, discretion, and trustworthiness.
