Front Desk Executive

About the role

The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, responsible for creating a memorable and seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling guest inquiries, processing transactions, and providing local area information while upholding Marriott’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Process operational requests, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and update guest profiles.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and reflects professional standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Proficiency in using standard hotel property‑management and reservation systems.
