Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems

About the role

cygnify is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build AI‑native product features that turn advanced language model capabilities into reliable, production‑grade workflows. You will design end‑to‑end solutions that span frontend, backend, and AI integration, ensuring agents operate smoothly across planning, tool use, and recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features across Next.js, Python, and Node.js that integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools.
• Create and maintain agent workflows that handle multi‑step tasks, failure recovery, and tool orchestration.
• Optimize real‑time AI interactions for low latency, streaming partial results, and high responsiveness.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms for LLM and tool failures.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features from concept to production.
• Iterate continuously based on usage data, failure modes, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑stack engineering (frontend + backend) with a solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered applications, LLM integration, or Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments, handle ambiguity, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
