Global Head of Industrial Expansion

About the role

The Global Head of Industrial Expansion will lead the delivery of large‑scale greenfield and brownfield manufacturing projects for a worldwide advanced manufacturing organization. Based in Singapore, the role oversees the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to handover, coordinating multiple countries, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capital projects including new plant development, capacity upgrades and brownfield expansions.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: feasibility, concept, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start‑up and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, safety and governance.
• Direct EPC/EPCM contractors, engineering consultants, construction partners and internal project teams.
• Support site selection, due diligence, permitting and infrastructure planning.
• Build and lead local project teams across multiple Asian locations.
• Partner with senior leadership, operations, engineering, finance, EHS and external stakeholders.
• Establish project controls, reporting mechanisms and stage‑gate governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering greenfield manufacturing plant projects in advanced‑manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong background in industrial/process environments and large‑scale CAPEX projects across Asia.
• Extensive EPC/EPCM contractor management experience.
• Ability to lead projects from feasibility/FEED through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional regional teams.
• Willingness to travel globally.
