About the role
KPMG Singapore is seeking motivated graduates to join its M&A Tax practice as Graduate Associates. You will work with multinational clients, helping them navigate tax implications of cross‑border mergers and acquisitions while developing innovative tax solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on cross‑border M&A transactions, deal structuring, tax due diligence and corporate restructuring.
- Develop innovative tax solutions aligned with clients' business strategies.
- Support regional and global tax projects originating from Singapore.
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals to deliver high‑quality advisory services.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law.
- Strong academic record and co‑curricular achievements.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of taxation from economic and legal perspectives.
