Graduate SR&T Analyst – Forensic & Financial Crime

About the role

Join Deloitte as a Graduate SR&T Analyst in the Forensic & Financial Crime team. You will support anti‑money laundering (AML) and know‑your‑customer (KYC) compliance activities while gaining exposure to forensic projects and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client due‑diligence onboarding and periodic reviews to meet AML/KYC obligations.
• Validate and verify KYC information using internal and external databases.
• Identify and flag politically exposed persons and medium‑to‑high AML risk customers.
• Perform enhanced due‑diligence and source‑of‑wealth reviews for high‑risk clients.
• Support the Compliance function by handling ad‑hoc queries, sanctions alerts, and transaction‑monitoring investigations.
• Document rationale for escalating or dismissing alerts and stay updated on MAS and other AML regulations.
• Assist Deloitte Forensic projects and co‑lead a team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field (major in Finance).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in a Big 4 firm, bank or similar industry is required.
• Completed university modules related to Financial Crime, Corporate Crime or Corporate Finance.
• Basic understanding of local, regional or international AML/KYC regulatory environments and common money‑laundering schemes.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
