Graphic Designer Manager – Gifting & Ecommerce

About the role

Misty Daydream is seeking a full‑time remote Graphic Designer Manager to lead visual creation for its gifting and e‑commerce portfolio. You will craft compelling assets that drive product sales, enhance brand presence, and support marketing campaigns across multiple online marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design banners, category images, and homepage visuals for the main website and e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to inform new product concepts.
• Create seasonal and personalized graphics for a wide range of gift items, including mugs, apparel, phone cases, gift boxes, and signage.
• Produce EDM layouts for newsletters, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e‑commerce or gifting.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (e.g., NTU ADM).
• Detail‑oriented with a strong quality‑control mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator

• Mailchimp or Klaviyo (email design)
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce
• Strong typography, layout, colour matching, and visual hierarchy
