About the role
The Group Chief People & Organization Officer will shape people and organisational strategy for a fast‑growing regional group operating across several countries. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the role focuses on building leadership capability, succession pipelines and consistent talent‑management standards throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Advise the CEO and executive team on leadership, culture, workforce planning and organisational design.
- Design and implement a group‑wide leadership framework for managers, senior leaders and executives.
- Coach senior leaders, strengthen accountability and improve decision‑making.
- Establish succession plans, identify high‑potential talent and address leadership gaps.
- Create a regional early‑career leadership programme covering recruitment, assessment, rotations, mentoring and placement.
- Lead organisation design, workforce planning, restructuring and capability reviews as the business scales.
- Set uniform performance‑management standards, KPIs, talent reviews, promotion criteria and under‑performance processes.
- Develop group‑wide learning and career‑development programmes for leadership, functional and technical skills.
- Enhance employee engagement, culture, internal communication and overall employee experience.
- Oversee strategic hiring and the broader HR function, including compensation, payroll, HR systems, employee relations, policies, compliance and mobility.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR or organisational leadership experience, with at least five years in a senior executive role.
- Proven experience leading a regional or multinational People function across multiple countries.
- Track record of building leadership‑development programmes, internal talent pipelines and succession plans.
- Strong background in organisational transformation, workforce planning and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence CEOs and executive teams.
- Experience coaching senior leaders and improving management effectiveness.
- Commercial mindset with solid financial understanding and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field; master’s or MBA is a plus.
