Group Financial Controller – Finance Leadership

About the role

Acclime, a fast‑growing pan‑Asian professional services firm, is looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join its Group Finance team in Singapore. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead financial reporting, control and governance across multiple jurisdictions while supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and Group reporting standards.
• Maintain robust financial controls, accounting policies and governance frameworks across the Group.
• Oversee statutory reporting and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity management and banking relationships.
• Drive working‑capital improvement initiatives and cash‑conversion optimisation.
• Coordinate the Group’s transfer‑pricing framework and cross‑border tax matters.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning cycles.
• Provide financial analysis, modelling and insights to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Mentor and develop finance teams across the region, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with treasury, cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Experience managing transfer pricing and cross‑border tax compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
• Track record of mentoring and developing finance professionals.
