Group Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced finance professional to serve as the Group Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive financial excellence across the organisation, ensuring accurate reporting, robust planning and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end financial reporting for all operating companies and prepare consolidated group financial and management reports.
• Present financial updates to the Audit and Risk Committee, Board of Directors and shareholders.
• Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models, analyse KPIs and conduct market and competitor research.
• Design, implement and maintain internal control frameworks to meet statutory and governance requirements.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, manage operational, market and regulatory risks and ensure consistency across business units.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s degree or CA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in public‑company financial reporting with exposure to NASDAQ and/or SGX regulations.
• Track record of working closely with Boards, executive leadership and auditors.
