Guest Services Agent – Bell

About the role

The Guest Services Agent (Bell) is the primary point of contact for guests needing assistance, information, or luggage handling at Pullman Singapore Orchard. You will deliver personalized service, promote hotel facilities, and guide guests to local attractions, ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all guest services tasks, including concierge, porterage, and doorman duties.
• Supervise and participate in handling, safe‑keeping, and storage of incoming and outgoing baggage.
• Welcome guests, promote in‑house facilities, and provide directions and suggestions for surrounding areas.
• Ensure smooth operation of the hotel entrance and driveway in line with Pullman’s code of ethics.
• Anticipate guest needs, create personalized experiences, and gather information on property amenities and local events.
• Uphold service standards aligned with Accor Hotels values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Certificate related to customer service or hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in concierge or guest services.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to speak a second language.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail‑oriented, and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, analyze issues, and exercise good judgment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of delegating work effectively.
