Revenue Executive

About the role

The Revenue Executive supports the hotel’s overall revenue strategy by managing inventory, analyzing data, and shaping pricing and segmentation plans. Working closely with internal teams and the Sales & Marketing department, you will help maximize occupancy, room revenue and RevPAR.

Key responsibilities

• Support the selling strategy to maximize occupancy, room revenue and RevPAR.
• Manage room authorizations, rates and restrictions using property system tools.
• Analyze business insights, forecasts and market data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Monitor transient and group business, develop pricing recommendations and produce performance reports.
• Conduct competitive benchmark studies and stay informed of market trends.
• Retrieve and integrate data from multiple sources to drive revenue decisions.
• Generate reports on buying patterns, special events and distribution partner performance.
• Assist with rate loading, configuration, case logging and related tasks.
• Perform regular audits to ensure brand content and third‑party sites are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel revenue management systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and distribution (a plus).
