Guest Services Executive – Executive Lounge

About the role

The Guest Services Executive for the Executive Lounge will be the face of Pullman Singapore Hill Street, delivering seamless, personalised service to all guests, including VIP and loyalty members. Working across the Front Desk, Executive Lounge and Concierge, you will ensure every stay is memorable and aligned with the brand’s #BELIMITLESS ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, and handle all cashiering duties accurately.
• Register guests, allocate rooms, and coordinate with Housekeeping to maintain up‑to‑date room status.
• Prepare and deliver VIP amenities for Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Limitless members and suite guests.
• Maintain daily VIP lists, send updates to operations, and monitor guest‑relations emails.
• Provide concierge advice on attractions, dining and transport, and respond to guest feedback with first‑person recovery actions.
• Support Executive Lounge and Concierge duties as needed, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to SOPs.
• Alert Security or Duty Manager of any suspicious activity and follow emergency procedures.

• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of service standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
