Guest Services Executive – Front Desk

About the role

The Guest Services Executive at Pullman Singapore Orchard is responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience for all guests. This role supports hotel sales, provides local area guidance, and ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities.
• Provide directions and suggestions for surrounding areas.
• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Confirm payment methods, perform credit‑card pre‑authorisations, and collect deposits.
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues.
• Process check‑out by confirming invoice balances, payment mode, and collecting feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or customer‑service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills and ability to communicate in a second language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to address guest and colleague needs.
• Detail‑oriented, approachable, and able to work well under pressure.
• Good judgement for analysing and resolving issues.
• Ability to prioritise and organise work assignments.
• Self‑motivated with initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Good computer proficiency and experience with property management systems.
