Head of APAC GTM Enablement

About the role

Anthropic’s APAC go‑to‑market organisation is the fastest‑growing part of its international business. As the first enablement leader based in APAC, you will own onboarding, skill development, manager coaching and launch readiness for every GTM function across the region, adapting the global enablement engine to local languages and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the APAC enablement rhythm, including in‑region onboarding cohorts, live practice‑based sessions in APAC time zones, and a regional feedback loop into the global programme.
• Adapt the international enablement portfolio for APAC markets, translating and localising content ahead of delivery.
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to build a scalable coaching standard for growing manager layers.
• Own launch readiness, certifying the APAC field for new models or products within the same week cycle as other regions.
• Run practice‑first sessions such as deal walkthroughs, role‑plays and customer‑conversation rehearsals, prioritising application over presentation.

Required profile

• 15+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or field roles, with several years leading enablement.
• Proven experience building and leading GTM enablement in APAC across multiple markets.
• Track record of influencing and shipping programmes beyond your own region, affecting global adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to design practice‑first enablement and measure impact by behavioural change.
• Deep understanding of adult learning applied at speed, helping experienced sellers unlearn pre‑AI habits.
• Experience using AI to deliver personalised practice, real‑deal scenarios and rapid feedback.
• End‑to‑end accountability for an enablement function, including multilingual and multicultural delivery.
